It has spaces and services to meet the needs of corporate meetings – meeting rooms, monitors, fast wi fi, air conditioning, coffee station, swimming pool with large space around it and more – and also to have many experiences on site, without leaving home linked to the territory.
In the Stalla Bar there is a wine tasting with a local wine producer, in the Casetta della Pizza or in the two kitchens there are cooking classes with local cooks, in the various green areas yoga lessons etc. The exciting botanical treasure hunt (an unforgettable experience of the Cascina) takes place mainly in the woods of the estate, which are crossed by a large network of paths marked with arrows, noticeboards and maps. They are dotted with hammocks (up to 30 hammock seats) and host two relaxation areas for meditation/forest bathing and a ‘sylvan’ amphitheater (with 80 seats/trunk) for meetings – or concerts, or shows… – immersed among the thick trees.
Many possibilities for leisure and entertainment: five-a-side football pitch, table tennis and table football, large bbq surfaces, pétanque, obstacle course equipment, giant chessboard and various games.
Possibility of self-managed stays but, upon request, also of receiving quality services, including excellent local cuisine, logistical support, daily cleaning, entertainment for team-building activities.

- grass soccer field and vast green spaces suitable for equipping and carrying out all kinds of outdoor training activities, and other games such as table tennis and table football for team tournaments;

The extraordinary resources of the Langhe and Monferrato allow you to carry out food and wine and agro-rural activities in groups, without even moving from the village: taste and learn about the wines, make ravioli by hand, prepare and cook bread and pizza in a real wood-burning oven, extract potatoes from the fields, assemble the pieces of a tractor, learn how to make wood or cut a tree, recognize plants, pick fruit and learn how to make jams, harvest and press grapes, go in search of truffles at night with trifulau.
A few kilometers away, other possibilities for entertainment and training experiences, for example: the spas of Acqui Terme, named the “hot”, farms and beekeepers, wineries for educational experiences of tasting and gastronomic preparations, equestrian centers and stables.
