It is adjacent to the hall and the kitchen of the upper floor, so you can eat and have aperitifs with great comfort.
It is protected by walls and roofs and facing south, so in summer it is ideal for evening and morning. In winter it is fantastic … if there is just a ray of sunshine, you put yourself next to the wall and you can sit and sunbathe.
